First Course – Seared Diver Scallop paired with Mount Pleasant Imperial Brut
Resting over English pea puree, garnished with pancetta, English peas, and micro mint with a mango reduction
Second Course – Apple Fennel Salad paired with Montelle Winery Chardonel
Tuscan mixed greens tossed in an apple tarragon vinaigrette topped with spiced apples, shaved fennel, candied pecans, dried cranberries, and goat cheese
Third Course – Your Choice of Surf or Turf Entrée
Parmesan herb crusted halibut over butternut squash and mushroom risotto with an apple beurre blanc ~ Paired with Augusta Winery Cabernet Franc
